CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Customer Service Representative, you will drive loyalty with customers through:
- Accurate order processing
- Proactive problem-solving
- Friendly customer service
You will serve customers primarily through email communication and over the phone.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build strong customer relations by delivering great customer service as a member of a team fielding customer requests

Communicate directly with customers via email and phone to understand their customized needs and concerns

Maintain a positive attitude while navigating change

Use Sage X3 ERP system to place, monitor and track customer orders

Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues

Continuously expand knowledge base on our wide variety of packaging offerings
- Maintain accurate customer data and account annotation

QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated success in a customer service role

Proficient computers skills with the ability to learn new software

High school diploma or equivalent required
