WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator is responsible for all warehouse functions including:
- Unloading trucks, receiving & putting away inventory
- Picking & staging orders
- Loading outbound trucks in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity
- You will operate warehouse equipment (forklift, tow motor, etc.) and RF device throughout the day on each function
RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely inspect and operate forklift and other material handling equipment

Unload and stage inventory off of trucks for receiving

Verify packing slips from suppliers and compare to product unloaded

Process receipts accurately using RF gun and computer
- Properly put away inventory into appropriate storage location

Pick shipments accurately, secure, and stage in designated area

Keep records of completed receipts and shipments

Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions

Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS
-
Proven experience as an order picker, receiver, or other warehouse position

Experience or license in operating forklifts, tow motors, pallets jacks and other warehouse equipment

Experience with RF devices

Ability to consistently lift up to 50lbs
-
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
