When will my order ship?
For in-stock items, orders are processed within 24 hours once your order is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received before 3:00pm EST will usually ship the same business day. Orders placed via phone or fax may incur a $15.00 handling fee. Back orders will ship as soon as possible. For non-stock items or custom-made orders, lead times may vary. Estimated ship dates will be available on your order confirmation.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
For orders placed online, applicable shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout, based on the requested shipping method. For orders placed offline, please contact customerservice@packbgr.com for a shipping quote. Shipping charges will be based on size and weight of the shipment. If using our BGR Truck for local delivery, a fee of $25.00 will be added to orders under $500.00 (excluding applicable taxes).
How will I get my order?
BGR will ship your order using the most cost-effective method using our network of freight carriers. If you are located within our local delivery area, your order may be delivered via BGR Truck on the designated delivery day(s) for your location.
Can you ship using my UPS or FedEx account?
Yes! We can ship Collect using your UPS or FedEx account. If ordering online, please add your shipping account number at checkout or contact us at customerservice@packbgr.com for assistance.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
BGR is not able to ship orders to addresses outside of the continental United States.
Do you have options for local pick up?
Yes! You can pick up your order at one of our distribution centers from 8:00am-4:00pm EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Our warehouses are located in West Chester, OH, Louisville, KY or Indianapolis, IN. View Our Locations Page for more details.
If ordering online, please choose “customer pickup” as the ship method. Orders designated for customer pick-up will be held for 7 days, and then cancelled if no response from the customer.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships, with carrier and tracking details. You can view order status, shipment tracking and more by logging into your account here.

What if I received the wrong item?
Customers should report any shipping discrepancies or damages as soon as possible. If you need to make a return, please refer to our 30-Day Guarantee Return Policy. Please contact customerservice@packbgr.com for assistance.
What are your shipping terms?
Unless otherwise specified, the default shipping terms are FOB shipping point, from our distribution centers. Title and risk of loss transfer to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier. BGR is not liable for delays, damages, or losses resulting from carrier negligence, acts of nature, or other unforeseen circumstances.
